An investor in San Diego bought a large office building and parking lot in Arizona for $ 18.2 million, the broker said.

The Brookstone Office Complex, located at 340 and 350 E. Palm Lane in Phoenix, consists of two office / medical buildings on 5.7 acres of land. The property has more than 125,000 square feet of space and is 69% leased during the sale to various local, regional, and national office and medical tenants.
