N.J. firm acquires Wilmington, Bear apartments for $26M

The New Jersey-based private investment firm recently acquired two affordable housing developments in Wilmington and Bear for a combined value of $26 million, according to county land registers. Portopiccolo Group, based in Englewood Cliffs near New York, acquires Clayton Court Apartments in Wilmington and Cheltenham Village in the Bear of the Delaware Valley in Hockessin.
