DC Partners, Thompson San Antonio developer, 162-room hotel which opened a little more than a year ago along the running river, has secured new financing for debt related to the construction of a 20-story tower.

Miami-based 3650 Reit, a national commercial real estate investment company, has originated a loan of $ 38 million to refinance luxury lifestyle hotels in Lexington Avenue.
