Bahrain Investcorp, a fund manager, has bought 64 US industrial properties for $ 640 million and continues to prioritize commercial real estate investment opportunities in this market. The new agreement will cover 5.6 million square feet in seven major US cities.

According to Real Capital Analytics, Investcorp was one of the 10 largest cross-border buyers and sellers of American real estate in the last three years in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Since 1996, Investcorp has acquired more than 1,100 assets worth approximately $ 23 billion.
