Brandywine pushes ahead with $3B mixed-use redevelopment near Domain

Brandywine said One Uptown’s charge tag is $328 million and is being evolved as part of a joint challenge it entered with la-based Canyon partners actual property LLC.

Brandywine confirmed there are several high-profile tenants inquisitive about the workplace area, but nobody has devoted to a lease yet.
