Role & responsibility:
To perform data capture from invoices and purchase orders from media agencies financial organizations based on the customer's data capture rules. The data capture must be done on the proprietary database provided by the organization. The role requires the staff to pay undivided attention to the data capture considering the criticality of the process. Accuracy and turnaround time are equally important in this job. Any wrongly captured information causes a substantial monetary impact on our end customer.

• Thoroughly review the invoices, purchase orders, and other forms shared by the customer and capture data using the customer's business rules.
• Analyze the data captured to make sure vendor name, code, amount and currency populated are accurate & make corrections if there are mismatches before submitting to the database.
• Collaborate with co-workers to complete the tasks on time.
• Prepare status reports and highlight issues that require supervisor attention
• Handle the defined workflow activities timely
• Be constantly looking out for process improvement ideas and solutions and report the same to the respective team supervisors for further action.
• Meet accuracy and turnaround targets daily.
• Participate in training and developmental activities initiated by the team/organization.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 9 am EST to 5 pm EST
